Presenter Heather Younger – 2021
Heather Younger is a best-selling author, international speaker, consultant, adjunct organizational leadership professor and facilitator who has earned her reputation as “The Employee Whisperer”. Her experiences as an entrepreneur, manager, attorney, writer, coach, listener, speaker, collaborator, and mother all lend themselves to a laser-focused clarity into what makes employees of organizations and companies – large and small – tick.
Heather discovered her passion for caring leadership early on. As the only child from an interracial and interfaith marriage, she was excluded by certain members of her family. While it left her with questions growing up, it also led her to develop resilience, self-love, and a deep desire to advocate for the voiceless and create opportunities for people worldwide to learn strategies to reframe their own adversities in order to lead more satisfying lives.
